Trouble Logging In With RunSignup?

This page lists the most common fixes for the RunSignup OAuth2 login flow.

  1. Confirm you can log into your RunSignup account directly (same email).
  2. If staff directed you to the shared-account recovery flow, use /special.
  3. On the special access page, choose participant or volunteer, confirm your registration details, then create your personal account only after the match succeeds.
  4. If you denied the authorization prompt, go back and try again.
  5. If the login page is stuck, try a private/incognito window and disable browser extensions temporarily.
  6. Make sure cookies are enabled. This site uses a session cookie to complete the callback.
  7. If you still cannot log in, contact event staff with the email you use for RunSignup.
