Trouble Logging In With RunSignup?
This page lists the most common fixes for the RunSignup OAuth2 login flow.
- Confirm you can log into your RunSignup account directly (same email).
- If staff directed you to the shared-account recovery flow, use /special.
- On the special access page, choose participant or volunteer, confirm your registration details, then create your personal account only after the match succeeds.
- If you denied the authorization prompt, go back and try again.
- If the login page is stuck, try a private/incognito window and disable browser extensions temporarily.
- Make sure cookies are enabled. This site uses a session cookie to complete the callback.
- If you still cannot log in, contact event staff with the email you use for RunSignup.
